BDB/BFG Scrimmage

Just wanted to say that we had a great time with the scrimmage last night! I don't know what the final result was, since my ISP cut out and DC'd me (it was already close to midnight, and 5:30am comes early, so I just went to bed).

I don't know about the BFG, but the BDB guys had a really good dynamic. I was impressed with both sides, and felt like the clan's were a great head-to-head face-off (it just wouldn't have been as much fun if the BFG guys died too quickly).

We played for about, what, three hours or so? Got about five full rounds in. I think BFG took it overall, so congrats to them!

Anyways, I'd love to keep the scrims going every now and again. And I'm grateful for all the guys' attitudes (I hate playing with people that bitch and complain when they lose, and gloat and brag about winning).

I was surprised that you all didn't come out as heavy! lol it was a total blast playing you guys! Crap on one round of gravelpit I was on C and three of you came at me from different angles followed up by two others! Very well played out! I know Puppy had me dominated quite a few times good job!

thanks for the invite guys. it was an honor to play with people that are as talented as you all are. our team had a blast playing, the group we had fell into place so well and everyone knew their role and what we all needed to keep the pressure on the other team, although i know that if you rolled the dice and mixed those teams up the quality would remain as high as we saw. personally i think i was dominated by everyone on the other team, but hey it was all fun.

thanks again to all that were there. thanks to [bfg] for the server(although a few times we had no idea what you were doing) and thanks [bdb] for the invite to play with them.

Ya, thanks to all our guys for showing up, and to BFG for hosting. It was a lot of fun! After seeing how great our team chemistry was, we are going to get ourselves a private server, and join one of the leagues. I'm leaning toward STA for the league. What is the BFG plan for league play? We should make sure we join the same league.

We are actively looking for new members, as we should have at least 12 regular players before joining a league. If anyone is interested send me a message via steam, and we will talk about it.

igl doesn't do 8 player match play, so sta is definitely the better choice. (unless they've changed it, I haven't seen since it was started)

if at all possible its best for me if they're anything but tues-thurs. them be my 3 raid nights, and as an officer im kinda obliged to make a showing even if i dont need anything that night. which i dont really, but ya know. we're a pretty laid back bunch, but we really are trying to beat BT before the next patch so if i miss to much... eh. them's my 2 bits!
