What weapons have you found so far? And how did you get them?

Ive got a flare gun from running around and a wooden bat from speccing during arena

I was playing normally and got an axtinguisher and the ambassador after 6 hours of gameplay. I was reading that apparently the unlock system is currently bugged though, valve intended us to get the unlocks waaaaay more often. Hopefully a fix will happen soon.

I wish they would make it harder to get them. Kill someone using the weapon and they have a crit like chance of dropping it to be picked up. I got the new spy gun though.

finally got the huntsman after lots of server hopping and like 8 more hours of play...

also got natasha (while i was using one...) and a ubersaw (i guess its in case i delete my other one?)...

I'm up to an ambassador, cloak and dagger, and the shield thingy. I want the bow and the dead ringer though!

Found this in the steam forums for anyone who still doesn't have unlocks:

last night i read somewhere on the forum about someone who got his first drop in many hours after he enabled steam friends.

i enabled steam friends this morning, and shortly afterwards i managed to find my first item in 35 hours since the update.

it was the gimmicky razorback, but at least i know it's actually working.

steam > friends > view > settings > in-game tab > enable.

I tried that recharge cloak watch, did not care for it one bit. I see benefits to aspects of it, but the default watch works 10x better for my use.

Dont think I will use the Razorback

The bow still strikes me as being to powerful. I like it, just needs a little fine tuning. (dont have it but being on the receiving end of it too many times...)

I didnt even know the hats were out. Interesting. I still say they should make the items dropped by players who have them. More reward and incentive. Random dolling out of hats seems like a waste to me. Whats the joy of "achieving" them when they are handed to you for sitting in an AFK server.

Lol, I got the Huntsman last night, not tried it and the Ambassador (dammit fix it already!) from regular play :P everything else I have already. Game knows yer farmin :p

I've been farming it up for the last 2 days. I have everything except the ambassador now.

The only one I'm missing now is the Jarate. I think I've got multiples of everything except the dead ringer now :) And thats without idling anywhere! (I think everything is dropping a lot faster now, I've been getting a lot of stuff since monday).

hahaha fuck you charles, putting me next to a dispenser hahahahaha. I got the ambassador last night, I think it's okay, I don't know if I will use it in battle. I just need jarate and the dead ringer now.
