I think Force of Nature sucks... the small jump boost isnt effective enough nor the pushback to warrent its horrible dps.
It was hard killing things with it and I was destoying scouts that had it equipped as soldier. Course most of them had the bat too so couldnt dodge much while reloading... But I definately notice the ones with it are doing way less damage to me.
The Energy Drink... much better option than pistol Ive found, but I dont really use it all that much overall. Its more one of those "Oh fuck thats a heavy medic I just ran into around the corner" get the fuck out kind of weapons. Its also really good for sentry distrations and avoidance...
The bat Im still thinking on... Its probably the only one that I'd switch between on a regular basis. I like the double jump thats nice in general for many maps in terms of getting around, but that stun just decimates people (especially pyros). Stun, close range scattergun boom boom your dead and/or really hurting.
As for the maps. Junction is still the same as I remember it. I like it better than gravel pit (though any map is practically better than gravel pit) since its a lot less open and less places for annoying classes to dodge rockets in. But its also pyro happy due to the tons of corridors and small spaces on any of the servers Ive played it on.
Egypt... Its a really interesting map. I like it at the same time dont like it. It has everything. good verticals, choke points, small spaces, open spaces, multiple attack routes but Ive found its too red favored (defense). The first controls points are on high points overlooking the blue spawn and the second control points are in valleys underneath the red spawn.
Fastlane hasnt changed enough for me to notice that much difference.
Havent played the arena map but from the sounds and look I know I'll hate it since its really wide open and sniper favored. (Grrr Rip)
