Must be an active player, however thats an obvious since it's most time played.

I like it when you set the auto join... then you join before it auto joins.. then it rejoins you.... :(

can you describe this a little more?

Just a nice feature of the TF2 client itself. It doesn't take the server out of auto-join if you join before it refreshes. Not something people normally run into I would imagine. I guess I found it cause I was a bit impatient waiting to get in ;)
