Rules on Mic Spam

1. Stop, no-one wants to listen to 15 seconds of "Blame it on the rain" by Milli-Vanilli over crappy mic alltalk.

If an admin runs a vote for a song to play and the vote passes, is it all right for the person to play the song once? I know at least once someone wanted to play the rick roll song and I ran a vote for it and it passed. If that's still not ok, i'll be sure to not repeat my mistake.

sounds like you took charge and did what an admin should do. The vote part was a nice touch. You could have just said yup you can do it but ya did the vote. Totally in the cool.

Yar no issues with that Sheriff - admins can make the call on music junk - I mean we even have sound clips

I'm just putting this blanket rule out there to hopefully prevent some annoying behavior - I think temp banning for someone doing mic spam is a good thing if they are being anoying
