1. Don't Ghost in Arena or in Sudden Death it just sucks ass, expect a warning, temp ban, or just outright ban depending on if the admin thats on has had his wheaties in the morning.
2. Use your best judgement on regular maps. I am personally not a fan, or have been a fan of ghosting in FPS games. However I think TF2 is more of a lighthearted game, and phlorph has built a community around "alltalk" being on with a mature setting. Ghosting lightly or once in a while can add some fun to the game and to be honest, it's hard with alltalk on not to do it by accident. I just can't find justification to take deadtalk away, as I think it adds more benefit and community and that is about the only physical restriction that would make this problem a no issue.
Ghosting will be lightly moderated. I am leaving it up to my admins discretion. Expect to be banned if you are being a jerk especially dictating every move of someone else. If it's in the grey area you might get a warning.
So basically I don't want to define down exactly what should and shouldn't be on regular maps in this aspect. Use your best judgement, obviously being a jerk will not fly. Try to not ruin someone elses experience in the game.
