I'm finally getting my new computer built this week (as long as everything goes as planned). I want to get bioshock, FEAR, and probably check out crysis. I want some suggestions for really fun games for pc that are worth checking out, they don't have to be first person shooters, but they have to be fun.

I was considering cod4, but I already played the fuck out of it on ps3, so it's not going to be anything new, it's just going to look even more amazing.

Need to post the type of games your really into.

FPS you already play TF2, Crysis & Crysis warhead were fun and pretty.
RTS I really like Supreme commander, taxes the hell out of systems on involved games. (I also run in dual monitor mode so I get two screens to work with individually in game) COH was a good RTS as well.

There are a lot of other really good games out there :)

Buy Audiosurf on Steam for $10. Some of the best $10 I've ever spent (next to that chick in the alley in San Diego).

I think that was gratifying more from what you took away from the encounter than the encounter itself.... ;)

Its a military themed shooter set in the near future and in the middle east. Oh, so "risky."

I want to suggest you get STALKER: Clear Sky, except that its really buggy. I haven't even finished it yet because of some bullshit glitch. So maybe when another patch comes out.

Bioshock is an excelent choice. After playing on a sub-par system for so long, it will be quite a shock (he he) playing a high-end game like thiat with no loss of framerate. For that same reason, I suggest downloading Crysis. Don't buy it. Download it. Its a dumb console shooter, but it will look pretty on your new system.

Damnit! You beat me to it!

::EDIT::

Oh. And get World of Goo. Its great.
