A movie about religion by Bill Maher. It's a comedy/documentary that opened today, October 3rd. Looks interesting as he talks to people who think they are true to religion but instead are radicals, and make their religion look ridiculous. Too bad the movie isn't playing in a place near me...

Though I recently found out this was a joke, still pretty funny.

These retards make me want to watch it, some Hardcore Christians who want to boycott the movie.

Watch some of their other videos. Spceifically the animations. They are satirists.

Then again, it could go either way. It's called Poe's Law. Sometimes people can be so crazy that its impossible to tell whether they're real or a spoof.

After looking at their "official" site I don't think they can be that dumb. They've pretty much fooled most of youtube at this point.

Good call.

Zeitgeist (http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/main.htm)

You can watch the entire movie there. Try and get through the first 3 minutes, if you are a open minded person you may enjoy.

Ya, I do know it was a joke (hence my response to Finger). And I've seen the Zeitgeist, it's probably half the reason I want to see this.

alot of the movie is stretched
the narration involves 2-3 facts, followed by gigantic stretch / making inferences by asking questions, then 2-3 facts again, rinse, repeat

though I love tinfoil hat theory movies
