Any tips on settings I can try to bring my choke under control? Can settings help? I'm averaging 40.

the only easy solutin i see is get a new ISP

only 2 choices and I don't want to go back to cable. :(

luckily, choke doesn't stop me from being an effective medic or pyro though I often find myself swining at air with the bonesaw/axe.

choke is fairly common on tf2 - it bumps up to about 40 to me in some action

might try upping your rate in console type rate 10000
