Oh wow! It seems like game developers are starting to think outside the box a little more. This is Mirror's Edge (http://www.gametrailers.com/player/36281.html). A first-person freerunning-type chase game.

i was reading about this the other day, I didnt know they've gotten that far into production already. It looks pretty cool, I'll give it a try

Yeah, they had a demonstration (http://www.gametrailers.com/player/39366.html) at PAX.

If they had done it in third-person, it would have just looked like a Prince of Persia or Tomb Raider clone and I wouldn't have thought anything of it.
