Can someone without a reserved slot right now tell me how the server is behaving when it's 23/24 and you have autojoin?

does it autojoin you then kick you saying that you don't have a reserved slot?

My reserved slot didn't seem to be working last night, I tried joining VIA consol as well as standard way. Is it supposed to kick an active player or does it just give priority in the queue?
