BIG UPDATE, stats reset, custom maps, sourcemod working

1. All of Levi's maps are in, and are now offloaded to our ftp site.

2. Stats are reset, and will autoreset the first of every month without my intervention

3. Sourcemod is working and gameme/hlstatsx is working
