Oh Framerate, just go Combat Engy and build lvl1 sentries, that way when a spy blows it up its not a big deal, and you can pump his face full of shotgun =)

I am the best engineer ever.

I build teleports, and then a sentry to protect my teleports. Then I run around like a mad man shotguning everything I see on the front lines. I do this until my teleporter gets sapped, at which point I rage and switch back to soldier.

That is how engineer is meant to be played.

Ever since they nerfed sentires offense engie has become a lot more difficult since level 1 sentires aren't as good for killing as they used to be. Hell I've noticed a drop in lvl 3 sentries as well because it used to take a lot mroe work for me to take them down as pyro than it does now.

Engie really needs his update bad though, although the new demo updates help engie a bit (demos certainlya ren't so great for taking sentries when they've gt the shield instead of stickies) but the Direct hit is a sentry murder machine.

When I play Engie it's usually just to be a jerk. Like when I'm in 2fort, I'll go Engie just to try and put sentries in their base somewhere. The intel room is good... Directly outside of their main spawn is the best. =)

Regardless of what the inevitable Engie update gives us, I know I'll have alotta fun.
