Hey guys, I finally have my computer up and running again, so after I wipe and reload with XP x64 today I'll be back in the game.
After my Athlon XP 2700 / nForce2 system took a dump I upgraded to Athlon64 4000 single core 2.4ghz / Asus A8V Deluxe mobo (VIA K8T800 Pro chipset). I finally got the parts in the mail and got everything hooked up yesterday. Today I'm addressing the software stuff and tweaking out the system.
Turns out it was the mobo and/or the cpu that went bad in my old system. Haven't gotten my hands on other Athlon XP era hardware to determine if its the mobo or cpu or both yet.
