I'm being put on a new IP block, same datacenter, changes will propagate tommorow.

In fact I suggestion you add it as phlorph.com:27015 when the change happens so if ip every changes again it will keep propagating.

Change is scheduled for tommorow in the afternoon.

I encourage everyone to switch the DNS on workstations and routers to Opendns services. It can hamper malware and does a good job of always being there.
